In order to execute 360|AnDev and make it as awesome as possible, we will, as needed share attendee data with vendors. Below is what we do (and don’t do) with attendee data.
First of all, we DO NOT provide any personally identifiable data to sponsors or Vendors. From time to time, we provide demographic data if we have it (Years experience, city/state/country, company), but sponsors are never provided your name, email, or any other details specific and identifiable as you.
We sometimes have badges pre-printed, in which case we share only what will be on the badge: First and last name, twitter ID, and (sometimes) company.
We typically print a check in list (though we use the Tito app for check-in primarily). This list is destroyed after the conference. It will have attendee first and last name on it.
When we order shirts, we do not share anything beyond a count of shirt sizes. No actual data is sent to vendors.
If you have any questions, please contact us immediately.
Code of Conduct: Our Code of Conduct is a living document, you can see it here. It applies to all our events. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us immediately.
Cancellation Policy: In the unfortunate event that we cancel the conference, only the registration fee will be reimbursed 100%. Hotel and airfare are the responsibility of the attendees.
Refund policy: Full refunds are available up until 3 weeks before the conference, no penalties. After that we’ve committed to those numbers for SWAG, etc. and are unable to offer any refunds on conference registration.
We do not prohibit the transferring of registrations to another person.
