    • Yup, just email us and we’ll send it to you.
  • What is your refund/cancellation policy?
    • you can see it here. tl;dr; you can cancel up to 3 weeks before the event.
  • Can I buy a student ticket if I’m enrolled in an online course vs. a traditional institution?
    • For sure. Just send us an email and we’ll get you taken care of.
  • Can you send me a visa invitation letter?
    • Yes. We ask that you purchase your conference ticket first so we can reference that in the letter. Email us for details.
  • What if I want to be a speaker?
    • That’s awesome! We definitely want you to submit to the CFP if it’s open!
  • How do you select speakers?
    • We assemble a panel of community members to conduct a blind review of all submissions, rating them. We assemble the schedule from the most highly rated.
  • When will you announce speakers?
    • We let everyone, accepted and not know before we publish the schedule. That should happen by the first of May.​
  • Where can I see the schedule and/or speakers?
